any other, the publishing world experiences constant change. Companies
move, merge or are taken over; information requires updating. Such problems
beset many reference works, and my own is no exception. To address it,
I have compiled a list of such changes together with hyperlinks to the
websites of those organizations mentioned in my book who have an online
presence (this in addition to those on my Links page). This information
is available to anyone who has purchased my book (from whatever source),
